Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
We do not accept returns on items once sold.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier. We conduct a thorough quality check and record the process, but if an issue arises, we will resolve it for you.
Exchange Not Accepted If:
- The customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We recommend reading the product description and viewing all images before ordering.
- The product is washed and worn.
- The product is washed or used.
Non-Returnable Purchases
All sale, discounted, and coupon or gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Please review the size chart carefully for sale products.
Size Exchange
If you have any size issues with the product delivered, please email us at support@versatilevesture.com within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges are allowed for size issues only. If the desired size is not in stock, a credit note will be issued.
Exchange Conditions
- The courier needs to be done from the customer end only.
- Exchange is possible after the approved return is received at our office.
- All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
- If the products get damaged or stained during transit by the shipping company or any other reason, Versatile Vesture cannot be held liable. These products won't be returned or exchanged. It is advised to customers not to accept any parcel which is in torn or repacked condition; in such cases, no complaints will be entertained.
